Reckless Miami Mayhem & Miami Pro/Am Strict Curl - Event Overview

• Two separate events being run on the same day

• 100% Raw Reckless Miami Mayhem StrongLifting Event will consist of two separate sessions, one starting at 9 am and the other starting around 4 pm

• 100% Raw American Challenge - Florida Strict Curl is scheduled to take place in between the morning and evening sessions of the StrongLifting event (12-3 pm)

SCHEDULE

FRIDAY

Friday (5-7 pm) - Athlete Check Ins - Weigh In, Free T Shirt, etc. 

SATURDAY

Saturday (8 am) - Athlete Rules Meeting (StrongLifting Athletes)

• We will go over rules for the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift competition

Saturday (9 am) - Lifting starts

• Registration is limited to 30 StrongLifting athletes so that we have a maximum of two flights; this will allow us to complete the morning session at or around 12 noon

Saturday (12 noon) - Athlete Rules Meeting (Strict Curl Athletes)

• We will go over rules for the Strict Curl competition

Saturday (12:30 pm) - Strict Curl lifting starts

• Registration is limited to 45 Strict Curl athletes so that we have a maximum of three flights; this will allow us to complete the Strict Curl session around 2:30 pm

Saturday (2:30 pm) - Strict Curl Awards

Saturday (3 pm) - Athlete Rules Meeting (StrongLifting Athletes)

• We will go over rules for the Overhead Press, Weighted Chin Up, and Hip Thrust competition

Saturday (4 pm) - Lifting Starts (OHP/Chin up/Hip Thrust)

Saturday (7 pm) - StrongLifting Awards

MUST BUY AT LEAST GENERAL ADMISSION EXPO TICKET. SPECTATOR SEATING FOR POWERLIFTING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE & INCLUDED WITH EXPO TICKET. YOU MAY WATCH FROM STANDING AREAS IF ARE UNABLE TO GET A SEAT. IF YOU WISH TO SIT, YOU MUST GET TO THE SEATING AREA EARLY OR WAIT FOR THE FLOW OF SPECTATORS TO CREATE OPEN SEATS.

TO SAVE MONEY, PURCHASE ONLINE NOW AT A DISCOUNT. EXPO PASS MUST BE PURCHASED FOR ENTRY. ONLY COMPETING ATHLETES DON’T NEED A TICKET.

PRICE AT THE DOOR ON EVENT DAY WILL BE $5 MORE than post May 1st .
