The Swamp Strength Showdown is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting NATIONAL QUALIFYING meet welcoming athletes of all levels — from complete beginners stepping onto the platform for the first time to experienced lifters chasing national totals. Even if you don’t have a USAW membership, you’re invited to join the fun and test your strength in a supportive competition environment.
Held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at the Arnold hall at the miami Fairgrounds. Spectator tickets to the event are available HERE.
Expect a professionally run event with certified referees, official weight classes, and an energetic community atmosphere. Whether you’re here to qualify, hit a PR, or simply enjoy the thrill of competition, the Omnia Finals is the place to lift, celebrate, and connect. Register early to claim your spot!
Swamp Strength Showdown 2025 is a USAW sanctioned weightlifting meet. Where all age groups and levels are welcomed to come and slang some weights. We will have medals for all youth, juniors, seniors and masters categories.
This year we have partnered up with the Miami International Fitness Expo (M.I.F.E) to bring you something never before done in South Florida Weightlifting. Weightlifting will be showcased next to sports like Bodybuilding, Strongman, Powerlifting, Ninja, Calisthenics and more in a huge all day expo housed in the Miami Airport Convention Center.
We plan on having cash prizes for all Sinclair winners, both Male and Female with $1000 going to each first place winners and $500 to second. Plus we plan on giving out even more prizes.

MUST BUY AT LEAST GENERAL ADMISSION EXPO TICKET. SPECTATOR SEATING FOR POWERLIFTING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE & INCLUDED WITH EXPO TICKET. YOU MAY WATCH FROM STANDING AREAS IF ARE UNABLE TO GET A SEAT. IF YOU WISH TO SIT, YOU MUST GET TO THE SEATING AREA EARLY OR WAIT FOR THE FLOW OF SPECTATORS TO CREATE OPEN SEATS.
TO SAVE MONEY, PURCHASE ONLINE NOW AT A DISCOUNT. EXPO PASS MUST BE PURCHASED FOR ENTRY. ONLY COMPETING ATHLETES DON’T NEED A TICKET.
