At the Miami International Fitness Expo, from the same team behind the FIT LIFE CRUISE, the FIT LIFE GAMES are a local competition that is designed to introduce the novice competitor to functional fitness and a better way of life. We are part of a fitness movement that encompasses all disciplines of fitness; Olympic Lifting - Power Lifting - CrossFit - Body Building - Figure - MMA. We all share the same spirit just a different paths. These workouts are designed for anyone to perform regardless their level of fitness.

Team Concept - 1 Day Event (Saturday Only)

WOD 1A: 7 MINS TO ESTABLISH 1 REP MAX OF COMPLEX - MIN 3 COMPLEXES PER ATHLETE

***WOD 1A AND 1B CONTINUOUS CLOCK FOR A TOTAL OF 12 MINS***

1 - Power Clean
1 - Hang Clean
3 - Front Squats

NOTE: Lift will start with bar completely empty and must be empty before WOD 1B begins.

WOD 1B: 5 MINS POUND FOR POUND

NOTE: WOD1B cannot begin until all the plates are back as they started and the bar is empty.

Partner 1: Max Calorie Row
Partner 2: Max KB Swings

**Partners can only switch movement once. Once partners stop that will be your score even if time is not up.

NOTE: Athletes can switch as needed. Pick your weight accordingly.
