Team Concept - 1 Day Event (Saturday Only)

WOD 1A: COMPLETE COMPLEX- 6 MINS TO ESTABLISH 1 REP MAX

***WOD 1A AND 1B CONTINOUS CLOCK FOR A TOTAL OF 14 MINS***

NOTE: Lift will start with bar completely empty and must be empty before WOD 1B begins.

WOD 1B: 2 MIN MAX EFFORT 8MIN

NOTE: WOD1B cannot begin until all the plates are back as they started and the bar is empty.

2 Min Toes to Bar

NOTE: WOD1B Athlete 1 will perform as many reps as possible for 60 seconds then athlete 2. Move to the next movement without rest. Athletes cannot switch until 60 seconds are up and Athlete 1 returning to starting box.

NOTE: Athlete 1 must complete entire entire round before tagging partner.
